How to get a refund

Email us at info@mosquitosteve.com or call (945)432-5353 within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number. That's it. No return shipping, no forms, no restocking fees.

How Long Refunds Take

We issue approved refunds within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Unopened Products

If you simply ordered too much, you can return unopened products within 90 days for a full refund. [We'll email you a prepaid return label / Return shipping is at your cost.]

Products Bought Elsewhere

If you bought Mosquito Steve from another store or website, please contact that seller first. If their return window has closed, reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Fine Print

The guarantee covers one refund per customer per product. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
