Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We process orders for in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days. We ship to all 50 states . Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a few extra days. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Backordered Items

If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll email you with an expected ship date. You can wait for it, or we'll cancel that item and refund you right away. Your choice.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and around your property, then contact us within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier, and if the package can't be found, we'll send a replacement.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address. [We may charge shipping for the second delivery.]

It works, or your money back. Even if the bottle is empty. We make Mosquito Steve because we believe you shouldn't have to choose between keeping bugs off and putting DEET on your family. If it doesn't work for you, you shouldn't pay for it.

You have 90 days from delivery to try it. Use it in your backyard, on the trail, at the lake. If you're not happy for any reason, tell us, and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't need to send the product back, and you don't need to explain yourself.
